Milton H. Erickson, MD

Welcome to a transformative journey in the world of psychotherapy with the Brief Therapy 50-Hour Seminar ONLINE, expertly guided by Kenneth Tétreault, MA, a graduate of the Mental Research Institute of Palo Alto and distinguished practitioner with over 40 years of experience in Brief Therapy. Pioneered by eminent figures like Jay Haley, John Weakland, Paul Watzlawick, and Richard Fisch, Brief Therapy’s strength lies in its focused and time-sensitive approach. By concentrating on the present and what is maintaining the problem, clients can achieve positive outcomes within a shorter timeframe. Ken Tètreault has been a direct student of John Weakland and developed this program to offer a unique hands-on learning experience that combines didactic and experiential classes, comprising interactive discussions, practical exercises, and live and video demonstrations of Brief Therapy techniques. The objective is to empower participants with the confidence and competence to effectively implement Brief Therapy in their own practices. To further support your progress, videos of each session will be available for review, and individual and group supervision and consultation will be provided.
