If you wish, you can learn to use self-hypnosis. Using self-hypnosis is a gift to yourself that brings comfort, relaxation, and problem-solving benefits which can be applied to relieve feelings of depression, anxiety, or other concerns that may arise at times.

You will learn to reduce your stress, make self-suggestions while feeling comfortable and relaxed, and to cue your subconscious mind to retrieve your well-earned knowledge and skills at problem-solving.

Typically, two or three sessions are needed, and our sessions are recorded so that you can listen to them at home and strengthen your positive outcomes.
